OUR STORY

Every Great Conservation Journey Begins with One Commitment

Wildlife Guardians Trust was born from a deep connection with India’s forests and a growing concern for the challenges facing wildlife and the people who share these landscapes.

Years spent observing and photographing wildlife revealed both the extraordinary beauty of the natural world and its increasing vulnerability. Habitat pressure, human–wildlife conflict and limited livelihood opportunities continue to affect many forest-edge communities.

The Trust was established to turn concern into meaningful action.

Our journey begins at Amangarh Tiger Reserve in Uttar Pradesh, where we aim to work closely with local communities, conservation partners and forest stakeholders. By supporting practical, locally relevant initiatives, we hope to strengthen wildlife protection while improving the wellbeing of the people who play an essential role in safeguarding these forests.

This is the beginning of a long-term commitment—one landscape, one community and one meaningful action at a time.
